BIG FIVE passes written text to an Artificial Intelligence model to determine a person's Personality.  When a profile is run, and you add them to the Contact list, other tools are activated.

When two or more contacts are stored, you can run the A/B Personality Comparison tool which allows you to compare traits across the same or different Personalities for two persons at a time.  The tool compares one person to another based on scores across the same Personalities.  If a score is low the user has a specific trait.  If score is high, they have an opposite trait. It allows you to compare one person to another or the same person to others (more on this later).

The Personality Analysis Tool also allows you to create a Team of users where a Team Leader can be compared to Team Members.  When you add contacts to a Team, the tool builds up an Org Chart view of the Team. When you interact with the Org Chart, the tool runs a Personality Comparison between the Team Leader and selected Team Member.  Optionally create other teams with the same Team Lead to run A/B Personality Comparison scenarios.

QUICK HELP

  1. Enter written text from a prospect into the text input box and select the Profile button.
  2. When prompted select the + Contact button and include the users First and Last name, Title and potentially their LinkedIn profile URL in the popup dialog and select Save.
  3. When you have added two users, you can then run A/B Personality Comparisons and build Teams of users to review compatible or complimentary traits.

DETAILED HELP

Add Contact:  Enter written text from a person into the Input box and select the Profile button.  When the Personality chart is presented, select the +Contact button (add contact).

From the Add Contact dialog enter a minimum of the person's first and last name and select the Save button.

Tip:  Optionally enter a unique contact id from your system into the Your Key input box.  This information appears in Big Five reports, allowing you to link Big Five results to your data.  If you don't have a unique contact id, the system generates one to uniquely identify the contact in an extract.

Note:  You will need a minimum of two contacts before you can run the A/B Personality Comparison tool and build Teams.

CONTACTS

The following is an overview of the functionality in the Contacts section of the Personality Analysis Tool.

Contact filter:  Enter a partial string in the filter input box (Example shown below) and select enter on your keyboard or select the Search icon button in the pager widget.  As shown in the example, it found two contacts that contain the text 'har'.  To isolate a specific contact, you may need to enter the full first and last name.

Personality Filter: Optionally isolate contacts by Personality.  Select a Personality type button and select the Search icon in the pager widget.   Contacts with the selected Personality are isolated.

Optionally use the pager controls to navigate through pages of contacts.

Tip:  Select the Expand button to toggle the view of the Profile section of the tool (hide/show).

Insight:  Select the Lightbulb button to load Insight for the selected contact.  The tool shifts the Contacts section to the left of the page and presents Insight to the right of the page in a split view.

Example of Insight for a selected contact (partial view):

Tip:  To navigate Insight use the pager buttons provided.

Tip:  To download Contacts and Team details, select the Contacts download button.  The button appears when you select the Insight or an A or B button in the contact's toolbar.

Note:  Depending on the plan you are on, you might see a subset of Insights, also known as Basic Insights.  Upgrade to a paid plan for Advanced Insights.

Team:  Where a user is identified as the Team Lead in a Team, the Team button appears in the contact's record.  Select the Team button to load the person's first team.  Where the person is a Team Lead in more than one Team, the tool presents the Team Names under the contact record.  Select a Team button under the contact record to load that Team.

Edit Contact:  Select the Pencil button to edit contact details.  Changes made in the popup dialog are automatically saved.

A/B PERSONALITY COMPARISON

Select the A button for a person.  Select a B button for a different person.  The tool shifts the Contacts section to the left of the page.  It presents an interactive Personality Comparison chart to the right (creates a split view).

The A/B Personality Comparison tool allows you to compare one person to others in rapid fashion.  In the screenshot above, we selected the A button for Harris and the B button for Richard which loaded a Personality Comparison chart for Harris and Richard in the split view.

To run a Personality Comparison between an A person and another person, regardless of where they reside in the Contacts list, locate the B person via the pager widget in the Contacts section of the tool and select that person's B button.

In the following example, I selected Andrej's B button.

Before:

After:

Tip:  The Personality Analysis Tool keeps track of the A person. To reset the previously selected A person, simply select a different A person.  The blue button is the A person.  The orange button is the B person in the A/B Personality Comparison tool.

Hover over the initials for the A person (blue button) in the chart, to reveal trait specific insight for that person.

Hover over the initials for the B person (orange button) in the chart, to reveal trait specific insight for that person.

In the above example, the Artificial Intelligence model originally generated a score for both persons where they have the same personality.  The tool pulls a trait that is common for that personality. The personality score is plotted on the chart as a button for each person.  Where a score is low, that person has the trait on the left of the chart and its trait insight.  Where a score is high, that person has the trait on the right of the chart and its opposite trait.

Where both persons have a similar score, they may appear next to each other in the chart.  The Personality Analysis Tool moves the B person to the left of the A person if they have the same score, so that you can view the trait and insight for each (which will be the same).  When you hover over a partially hidden button in the chart, the tool moves the button to the front.

TEAM BUILDER

The following is an overview of the Team Builder.

To create a Team, select an A button from the Contacts list to represent the Team Leader.  The Team Builder appears below the Contacts list.  Select the +Team button (add team).

When prompted, give your Team a Name and select the Save button.

The Org Chart view of the Team is generated and displays the Team Leader as the top node (blue node).  To add Team Members, select a B button in the Contacts list.  From the Team Builder select the +User button (add user).

When prompted select the Save button.

The Org Chart view of the Team is updated where the Team Leader is the top node (blue), followed by Team Members (orange).  To add other users to the Team, repeat the above step (select a B button, +User and Save).

Example of a Team with two Team Members, where Stuart is the Team Leader, and Andrej and Bruce are Team Members:

When you create a Team, the Contacts list is updated.  In our example a Team button appears in Stuart's contact record.

To run a Personality Comparison from the Org Chart view, select the Team Leader in the Org Chart.  Then select a Team Member node.

Before:

After:

To run a Personality Comparison between the Team Leader in an Org Chart and a person not in the Team, use the navigation controls in the Contacts section of the tool to locate a different B person.

Example:

Selection of a B button presents a Personality Comparison chart between the Team Leader (A Person) and a potential Team Member (B Person).

Optionally select the +User button (add user) in the Team Builder section of the tool. When prompted select Save to update the Team.

To remove a Team select the Team Leader node (blue) in the Org Chart view.

Select the -Team button (remove team).

When prompted select the Remove Team button.

To remove a Team Member select a Team Member node (orange) in the Org Chart.  Select the -User button (remove user).  The user is removed (no prompt).
